PA Wilds Dinner Sponsorship Opportunities

On July 30, 2026, approximately 200 business and community leaders from across the Pennsylvania Wilds, along with state partners and officials from Harrisburg, will gather for the PA Wilds Dinner & Awards to get an update on the state and local effort to grow the region's economy while celebrating Champions of the PA Wilds. Sponsoring the event is a great chance to get your work in front of PA Wilds enthusiasts, entrepreneurs and business leaders.

SPONSOR & EXHIBIT Sponsors receive recognition in our event promotion materials, as well as access to Exhibitor Tables for an on-site presence, based on sponsorship level. Sponsorship support contributes significantly to our ability to keep our registration costs low while bringing together a top notch program.

The 2026 Dinner will have exhibitor tables around the room, and sponsors are invited to bring materials to share with attendees during the social hour. A Community Table is also available for partners and sponsors who wish to share information but not set up a table. Tables must be set up for display by 3 p.m. and will remain on display throughout the event. A member of our team will confirm set up and placement details upon confirmation of your sponsorship.
